Depending on the product category, we offer different return methods to provide you with a smooth and convenient return process. Here's what you can expect for each category:

 

Category 1 (Unpacked mattresses, beds in boxes, unpacked toppers from 140 cm width and other bulky items):

2-person pick-up service (2mh): Our carrier Dynalogic will schedule a pick-up appointment directly with you. They will come with a large truck and two employees to pick up the item from your home. Make sure the item is ready for pickup at the agreed time.

 

Category 2 (Packaged mattresses and medium-sized items):

1-person pick-up service (1mh): Our customer service team will arrange a pick-up date with you when our carrier GLS will pick up your item. One employee arrives with a small truck to pick up the item. Make sure the item is disassembled, if applicable, and packed in a box, ready to be picked up at the agreed time.

Deliver to a parcel point: You take the item to a nearby parcel point (e.g. a post office) and drop it off there. Our carrier for this option is GLS. Make sure the item is well packaged and ready for return.

 

Category 3 (Accessories, unpacked toppers up to 120 cm wide and smaller items):

Deliver to a parcel point: You take the item to a nearby parcel point (e.g. a post office) and drop it off there. Our carrier for this option is PostNL. Make sure the item is well packaged and ready for return.
